Launched in 2016, this is the second release of Macallan's annual edition. Edition No.2 is a collaboration between Bob Dalgarno and the Roca brothers, who run the world-famous restaurant El Celler De Can Roca. The distillate was matured in the following barrel types: • 1st Fill Jose Martin Barrel • 1st & 2nd fill Diego Martin barrels • 1st & 2nd Fill Vasyma American Puncheons • 1st Fill Tevasa barrels
